Remote Videographer Position Overview Are you technically savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a seamless client experience? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, managing live video environments, and supporting legal professionals in a fast-paced setting? U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Remote Videographer who thrives in a client-focused environment and is committed to producing high-quality legal video recordings. In this role, you will manage remote depositions and legal proceedings, ensure recording integrity, troubleshoot technical issues in real time, and support clients and internal teams with professionalism and accuracy.
Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
Record and manage remote legal depositions and proceedings using approved video conferencing platforms.
Configure, operate, and monitor remote audio and video recording systems.
Ensure audio and video quality, proper framing, and recording integrity throughout live remote sessions.
Troubleshoot connectivity, audio, video, and other technical issues in real time.
Synchronize recorded video files with legal transcripts.
Edit, compile, and export video files using approved video editing software.
Prepare, arrange, and display digital exhibits and electronic documents during remote proceedings.
Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner.
Provide support to the Remote Support Team, including troubleshooting assistance, scheduling inquiries, and client requests.
Accurately document client interactions and escalate issues when appropriate.
Collaborate effectively with clients, legal professionals, and internal teams to ensure successful remote proceedings.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge of Zoom and remote video workflows.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
Preferred
Legal services industry experience.
Experience recording or producing professional video content.
Experience supporting virtual meetings, depositions, or courtroom proceedings.
