Seeking a highly motivated and creative individual, the full-time salaried Creator Video Lead will manage the contributor program, develop strategies for talent cultivation, and oversee the production of engaging vertical videos remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Identify opportunities in the news cycle to collaborate with creators and produce original content
Oversee the production of 2-3 original vertical videos weekly, including pitch workshopping and post-production feedback
Train and mentor creators in video production best practices and ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required qualifications:

Strong editorial judgment and social media skills
Experience in video production and content creation
Ability to analyze content metrics and report on audience growth
Familiarity with trends in the creator space and ability to translate observations into actionable strategies
