This individual will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the effective deployment of our finance and accounting consulting professionals. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role ideal for someone with a strong track record of selling to senior finance leaders, a robust local network, and a passion for building long-term, partnerships. Business Development/pulliIdentify and close new business opportunities with target clients in finance and accounting/liliAchieve and exceed sales targets through a strategic, consultative sales approach/liliDeliver tailored solutions that address the needs of CFOs and senior executives/li/ulpClient Relationship Management/pulliBuild and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships/liliUnderstand evolving client needs and deliver customized consulting solutions/liliAct as a key point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of engagements/li/ulpConsultant Relationship Management/pulliAct as a strategic partner to consultants by aligning their skills and goals with impactful client opportunities/liliEnsure successful project delivery by aligning the right talent with the right opportunity/liliMaintain visibility into consultant availability and project pipeline/li/ulpNetworking

Market Presence/pulliLeverage an established network of finance and accounting professionals in the Los Angeles Metro area/liliAttend in-person and virtual networking events to enhance visibility and create new opportunities/liliStay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape/li/ulpClient Satisfaction
