Director of Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and creative Director of Marketing to join a leading frozen seafood company in Boston, MA.
As a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for multiple brands of packaged and bulk seafood. Your primary objective will be to drive growth for the company while establishing our brand as a premier provider of high-quality, sustainably sourced seafood.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, social media management, and advertising. This is a full-time hybrid position with office hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Additionally, the Director of Marketing will have one direct report, the Sales & Marketing Alignment Manager.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans for multiple brands of packaged Seafood
Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand recognition and reputation
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all marketing efforts align with business objectives and support sales goals
Lead the marketing efforts to deliver high-quality work and achieve goals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks
Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Develop and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Work with external agencies and partners to develop and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing and brand strategy
Experience in the CPG industry, preferably in the seafood industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Experience with social media marketing, advertising, and analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Passion for sustainable and high-quality CPG products

Salary Range $150,000 - $175,000
