Requirement/Must Have:
5+ years of experience in resource management, large-scale data analysis, and scheduling/reporting systems optimization.
Hands-on experience with MediaPulse administration and workflow management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, data modeling, and large dataset analysis.
Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Production teams.
Strong financial management and reporting experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with systems administration, data governance, and system integrations.
Experience:
Experience managing scheduling and reporting systems in complex operational environments.
Experience overseeing reporting functions including utilization, hard cost, and ad hoc reporting.
Experience partnering with vendors, IT teams, and global user groups.
Experience driving process improvements and operational optimization initiatives.
Experience with API integrations and enterprise system enhancements.
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving organizations with shifting priorities.
Experience supporting media, entertainment, production, or technology operations preferred.
SQL coding experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end MediaPulse administration for Production Operations.
Manage system governance, workflow design, user experience, issue resolution, and communications.
Serve as the cross-divisional lead for MediaPulse workflow alignment and optimization initiatives.
Partner with vendors and IT teams to manage system performance and product roadmap execution.
Develop and lead training and enablement strategies for Production Operations users.
Oversee work order reconciliation processes, operational support channels, and documentation standards.
Ensure data governance, integrity, and reporting accuracy across Production Operations.
Manage monthly hard cost, resource utilization, and ad hoc reporting functions.
Identify and implement system enhancements and integration opportunities across enterprise functions.
Collaborate with development teams on API integrations and data accessibility improvements.
Partner with global user groups to align enhancement priorities and best practices.
Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and operational decision-making processes.
Should Have:

Familiarity with streaming platforms and digital content ecosystems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate technical and operational data into actionable business insights.
