Senior Business Operations Manager Global Media Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead global operational excellence for our paid media programs. This role will own end-to-end media operations, workflow governance, financial management, reporting, and cross-functional enablement across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and agency partners. You will design scalable processes, manage global calendars, and deliver executive-ready insights that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain global media lifecycle processes, SOPs, RACIs, and SLAs.
Own the master operational calendar and manage inter-team dependencies.
Serve as Asana portfolio SME, driving architecture, automation, dashboards, and adoption.
Lead budget reconciliation, financial governance, and risk mitigation.
Standardize KPI reporting and operational dashboards across regions.
Drive onboarding, training, and change management initiatives.
Influence without authority across multiple global stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1012 years in Business/Program Operations or Central Ops roles, preferably in global B2B paid media.
Deep Asana expertise at portfolio level; proven system adoption.
Expert in financial/PO lifecycle management and variance reconciliation.
Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to track operational efficiency.
Experience influencing without direct authority; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bonus: experience applying AI/ML tools for process optimization, summarization, or risk scoring
