Growth/h2ulliDevelop and execute regional marketing strategies that support growth across all hospital locations and service lines/liliLaunch integrated campaigns across digital, media, partnerships, events, brand, and paid channels/liliPartner with hospital leadership and operational teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals/liliTranslate enterprise marketing initiatives into localized, market-specific programs/liliCoordinate recruitment marketing efforts with the Talent Acquisition team/li/ulh2Referral

Community Engagement/h2ulliSupport and grow referral partner relationships across the region/liliCollaborate with the Referral Liaison on CE events, DVM outreach, and referral engagement strategies/liliPlan and execute local events, partnerships, and community activations/li/ulh2Reputation

Brand Management/h2ulliSupport online reputation management initiatives across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms/liliMonitor sentiment trends and partner with leadership teams on client feedback strategies/liliHelp drive review generation and client engagement initiatives/li/ulh2Analytics

Reporting/h2ulliTrack campaign performance and marketing ROI/liliBuild and maintain regional reporting dashboards and scorecards/liliAnalyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance/liliUtilize CRM and lifecycle marketing tools to support lead generation and engagement/li/ulh2Leadership
