Pay: $26.00 per hour Schedule: In office Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Remote on Friday

What's a Typical Day Like?
Welcome new vehicle owners, address questions and concerns, and communicate proactively about vehicle alerts and resolutions
Coordinate solutions for customer vehicle issues, dealer complaints, inquiries, warranty/service contracts, goodwill requests, and parts escalations, maintaining clear communication between customers and dealers
Provide technical support for complex cases, including troubleshooting technical applications
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance resolution processes and support inquiries using available tools
Document all customer interactions and resolution steps according to company policies
Provide inbound phone support for the customer loyalty program and assist with service campaign/recall information
Additional Duties May Include:
Assist vehicle owners with inquiries, concerns, and service needs
Manage customer and dealer escalations through to resolution
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
Support warranty, goodwill, recall, and loyalty program inquiries
Ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact to resolution
This Job Might be an Outstanding Fit If You Have:
13 years of customer service or call center experience
Experience handling heavy outbound calls (plus some inbound)
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree (required)
Technical troubleshooting and case management experience (preferred)
