In office Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Remote on Friday

What’s a typical day as a – Customer Experience Coordinator?

Welcoming new vehicle owners, addressing questions or concerns, and proactively communicating about vehicle alerts and resolutions.
Coordinating solutions for customer vehicle issues, dealer complaints, general inquiries, warranty policies, service contract policies, goodwill assistance requests, and part escalations while maintaining communication between customers and dealers.
Providing technical support for complex customer cases, including technical application troubleshooting.
Collaborating with internal departments to enhance the customer resolution process and supporting customer inquiries using available tools.
Documenting all customer interactions, calls, and resolution steps according to company policies and procedures.
Providing inbound phone support for the customer loyalty program and assisting with service campaign/recall information.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 1 to 3 years of directly related, professional-level experience in customer service, or call center.
Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role.
Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a passion for serving others.
Demonstrate strong conflict resolution, presentation, and organizational skills.
Are accommodating, action-driven, and possess an outgoing personality.
Have thorough computer skills and are comfortable with technology and process improvement; Salesforce experience preferred.
