You'll help create versatile pieces across lounge, sleep, intimates, and everyday apparel categories that resonate with a digitally connected, trend-aware customer.This role is perfect for someone who combines strong creative instincts with exceptional attention to detail and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams to turn ideas into products people genuinely love to wear.What You'll DoTrend & Concept DevelopmentResearch emerging fashion trends, social media movements, lifestyle shifts, and consumer behaviorsDevelop seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and product directionIdentify new silhouettes, fabrications, print ideas, and styling opportunitiesTranslate trend insights into wearable, commercially successful products that align with the brand visionProduct Design & DevelopmentDesign apparel across lounge, sleepwear, intimates, knits, and lifestyle categoriesCreate sketches, technical flats, and development packages for new stylesRecommend fabrics, trims, washes, and construction details that support both design intent and cost targetsDevelop and maintain detailed style information, including branding placement, stitch details, artwork, and construction notesPartner with Product Development to create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Production, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing teamsCommunicate design updates and development changes to overseas factories and vendor partnersParticipate in fittings and provide detailed feedback to support product executionPartner with Marketing on packaging, photoshoots, product storytelling, hangtags, and visual assetsOrganization & ExecutionMaintain line sheets, style trackers, colorway updates, and seasonal design presentationsEnsure all design documentation is accurate, organized, and up to dateSupport collection presentations and internal design reviewsManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field5+ years of apparel design experienceStrong experience designing women's apparel, cut-and-sew knits, and woven productDeep understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric developmentProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience working in PLM systems (Centric preferred)Excellent sketching and visualization skillsStrong communication skills and experience working with overseas factoriesExceptional attention to detail and organizationAbility to balance creativity, timelines, and business objectivesA collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
