We're currently looking for a Women's Apparel Designer to join one of our most exciting lifestyle brands—a collection built around individuality, confidence, comfort, and self-expression. 4 days on-site, 1 days remote - 40 hours a week

Up to $60/hr pending experience

As a Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing each collection to life—from the earliest concept and color direction to final product execution. You'll help create versatile pieces across lounge, sleep, intimates, and everyday apparel categories that resonate with a digitally connected, trend-aware customer.

This role is perfect for someone who combines strong creative instincts with exceptional attention to detail and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams to turn ideas into products people genuinely love to wear.

What You'll Do
Trend & Concept Development

Research emerging fashion trends, social media movements, lifestyle shifts, and consumer behaviors

Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and product direction

Identify new silhouettes, fabrications, print ideas, and styling opportunities

Translate trend insights into wearable, commercially successful products that align with the brand vision

Product Design & Development

Design apparel across lounge, sleepwear, intimates, knits, and lifestyle categories

Create sketches, technical flats, and development packages for new styles

Recommend fabrics, trims, washes, and construction details that support both design intent and cost targets

Develop and maintain detailed style information, including branding placement, stitch details, artwork, and construction notes

Partner with Product Development to create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Production, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing teams

Communicate design updates and development changes to overseas factories and vendor partners

Participate in fittings and provide detailed feedback to support product execution

Partner with Marketing on packaging, photoshoots, product storytelling, hangtags, and visual assets

Organization & Execution

Maintain line sheets, style trackers, colorway updates, and seasonal design presentations

Ensure all design documentation is accurate, organized, and up to dateSupport collection presentations and internal design reviews

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field

5+ years of apparel design experience

Strong experience designing women's apparel, cut-and-sew knits, and woven product

Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric development

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience working in PLM systems (Centric preferred)

Excellent sketching and visualization skills

Strong communication skills and experience working with overseas factories

Exceptional attention to detail and organization

Ability to balance creativity, timelines, and business objectives

A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
