Teams at Renew Brands help customers unlock the value of what they already own through transparent, expert, and trustworthy service.Role DescriptionOur Fine Jewelry Consultants are full-time and are based in DFW Metroplex locations. In this position, you will engage customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, and guide them through fine jewelry and luxury watch selections, including new, pre-owned, and estate pieces. You will provide accurate product information, assist with custom and design-oriented inquiries, and support services such as trade-ins and repairs by coordinating with internal specialists. Daily responsibilities include maintaining showroom presentation, pricing and tagging inventory, processing transactions, and contributing to store merchandising and promotions. You will also help ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment while consistently delivering a high-quality customer experience.QualificationsStrong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience capabilities that support empathetic, solution-oriented interactions.Proven Retail Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed individual and store performance goals in a consultative selling environment.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex product details simply and accurately.Interest in or experience with Jewelry Design, including the ability to discuss settings, metals, stones, and basic design options with customers.Familiarity with fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and luxury watches; formal training (e.g., GIA coursework or similar) is a plus.Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic math, and handling high-value transactions with care and integrity.Ability to stand for extended periods, handle delicate items, and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.Collaborative mindset, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful workplace.Ideal Candidate:Passion/high interest in fine jewelry, luxury retail, watch sales, or high-end customer service experienceCompetitive spirit and loves relationship buildingSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and team-orientedComfortable handling high-value transactionsStrong integrity, discretion, and professionalismLoves to learn
