Description

With over 80 years of trusted service, Perkins Motor Company is a leading Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat dealership in Southern Colorado. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our new, used, and commercial vehicle sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations across new, used, and commercial departments.

• Desk deals using DriveCentric, ensuring structure, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead commercial sales efforts, including Ram commercial vehicles and fleet sales.

• Maintain high standards for vehicle display, merchandising, and online presentation.

• Conduct daily sales team meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings.

• Manage leads, follow-up, and sales team workflows in DriveCentric CRM.

• Collaborate with parts, service, and F&I to ensure seamless deal execution.

• Assist with forecasting, advertising campaigns, and monthly goal setting.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a franchised dealership sales management role. Specifically in a Stellantis/Ram brand store with appropriate commercial experience.

• Proven ability to manage pre-owned operations including appraisals, pricing, and merchandising.

• Experience with commercial sales, including fleet reinvoicing and Ram product knowledge.

• Strong working knowledge of CDK, DriveCentric, Chrysler DealerConnect, vAuto, Stockwave, Roadster, RouteOne, and Paylocity.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational ability with a focus on accountability and process execution.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
