Leading strategic research initiatives, the full-time Market Research Director will partner with influential technology brands to navigate complex research questions, manage project lifecycles, and deliver actionable insights while working remotely or from offices in Culver City and New York.
Key responsibilities
Lead all phases of mixed methods research projects, including proposal drafting, study design, data analysis, and storytelling
Translate research data into actionable insights through creative and visually-driven reports
Guide and mentor junior team members while fostering strong client relationships and identifying new research opportunities
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in consumer insights or research strategy, preferably with an agency background in technology
B.A./B.S. in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with experience in moderation preferred
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships while providing strategic guidance
Advanced data analysis skills, including experience with statistical packages and data visualization tools
