Key responsibilities
Manage research and consulting engagements from start to finish across various clients and methodologies
Write and review quantitative questionnaires and qualitative discussion guides, overseeing data setup and fieldwork recruitment
Build and grow client and vendor relationships while presenting research results and contributing to the company's marketing strategy
Required qualifications
7-15 years of experience at a dedicated market research agency in a client-facing role, preferably with a focus on entertainment and technology
BA/BS with a strong academic record
Extensive expertise in diverse research methodologies, including MaxDiff, factor analysis, and segmentation
Experience managing client relationships, projects, and budgets, along with mentoring junior staff
Personal interest and passion for streaming services, video games, sports, movies, tech, and/or anime
