Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid – minimum 2 days a week onsite)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time (35 hours a week)

Join the Brand team at a pivotal moment for Cambridge, as we continue to build and embed our English brand globally.

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment – a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

About the role
As part of the Brand team, you'll sit at the heart of where we turn plans into action – supporting the creation and delivery of brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with the broader team, you'll help bring our brand DNA, story and tone of voice to life in ways that resonate with our global audiences.

You'll play a hands‑on role in developing campaign assets, coordinating activity, and ensuring everything we produce is on brand and delivered to a high standard. From supporting campaign execution and content creation, to helping manage key touchpoints like our catalogue and owned channels, you'll be an important part of maintaining consistency and quality across our brand.

This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach. You'll work day‑to‑day with internal teams, agencies and partners, helping keep projects on track and contributing ideas along the way. You'll also support monitoring campaign performance, working with Social and Insights colleagues to understand impact and continuously improve what we do.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40‑60% of their time collaborating and connecting face‑to‑face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long‑term health condition.

About you
You're at an early stage in your brand or marketing career, with experience contributing to campaigns and content in a brand‑led environment. You're organised, detail‑oriented and keen to build your skills across campaign delivery, content creation and brand management.

You're a creative thinker with strong writing skills, comfortable contributing ideas as well as getting stuck into execution. You enjoy working as part of a team, collaborating with different functions, and bringing energy and curiosity to everything you do.

You're motivated to learn, develop and grow, and excited by the opportunity to help embed our English brand both internally and externally.
