Multimedia Producer

Overview Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually A sample of your work will be required to be submitted for consideration. Summary: The Multimedia Producer is responsible for photography and video productions across all Ozinga brands. They must have experience with live action and motion graphics videos, as well as pre-production, production, and postproduction responsibilities. In other words, should be comfortable with all aspects of video production.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Video and Photo Production:
Assist or lead all facets of planning and video production for the in-house Communications team
Edit videos from initial import to final export.
Bring a creative approach to storytelling, organizational skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion
Create storytelling ideas focusing on coworkers, customers, and community
Performs audio and video capturing, editing, and compressing
Remain consistent with the voice and tone of the company's brand
Handles multiple demands and competing priorities simultaneously in a strict deadline-oriented environment
Manage the company's digital media library (graphics, video, audio) and other digital media platforms
Global Responsibilities:
Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position
This job may require additional duties not listed above and the employee may be asked to perform those duties to meet business needs
Qualifications:
Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
FAA Drone Certification preferred
Experience:
Davinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro 11 editing experience required
Experience as a videographer/editor
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiarity with professional cameras, codecs, pre-production/planning, field production, and scriptwriting
Skills/Abilities:
Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
Must be able to use various computerized equipment, still/video cameras, and video editing software/graphics
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Working Conditions:
Operates within a professional office environment
Routine usage of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets
Frequent travel required
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
