Restaurant Brand President

The Restaurant Brand President is responsible for overseeing the operations of all brand locations and the development of future locations. This person will direct the operations team, as well as marketing, accounting, finance, and training. The Restaurant Brand President provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that each department has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the business and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Restaurant Brand President Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing strategic direction and executing operational processes and procedures
Translates the overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to the Operations team
Directs the strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, cash flow, productivity, and efficiency through the company's operations; spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes while streamlining the company's structure
Responsible for banking relationships
Responsible for acquiring new locations and assimilating them into the group
Achieves budgeted GOP by month and for the year through vigilant, focused management of all expenses
The individual will be a role model in the organization by exhibiting behaviors to achieve expected results in the right way, while consistently demonstrating our core values
Cultivates a culture of high performance and accountability
Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts, recruits, and retains qualified members of the operations team; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the manager's career development.
Restaurant Brand President Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree (preferred), and 10+ years of senior management leadership above operations.
Multi-Unit / Multi-State experience in the fast-casual segment with oversight of at least 50 locations
Experience leading operations, accounting, real estate, marking, human resources, and other related departments
Excellent influential, collaborative, and relationship-building skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
