You will work closely with developer advocates, product marketers, engineers, content producers, and subject matter experts to create videos that explain AI, database, cloud, and developer concepts in a way that is accurate, accessible, and visually compelling.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once, and responding quickly to feedback while maintaining strong creative standards.

Key responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form technical video content, including demos, explainers, tutorials, launch videos, interviews, event recaps, social clips, and developer education content.

Create motion graphics, animations, lower thirds, title sequences, transitions, diagrams, and visual explainers that make technical concepts easier to understand.

Transform raw recordings, screen captures, interviews, product demos, and scripts into polished final videos.

Work with technical stakeholders to ensure that visual treatments accurately represent developer workflows, AI concepts, database capabilities, and product messaging.

Design reusable video templates, motion systems, branded assets, and editing patterns for a scalable developer content engine.

Edit code walkthroughs, product demos, command-line recordings, architecture diagrams, and UI-based tutorials with attention to clarity and pacing.

Optimize videos for multiple channels, including YouTube, LinkedIn, X, developer portals, events, internal enablement, and paid campaigns.

Manage sound editing, subtitles, captions, aspect-ratio variations, exports, file organization, and version control for video assets.

Collaborate with producers and content leads to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Stay current with video formats, motion design trends, AI content styles, and developer-focused storytelling techniques.

Required experience and skills

Strong experience in video editing and motion design, ideally for technology, SaaS, cloud, developer tools, enterprise software, or B2B audiences.

Advanced skills in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.

Ability to simplify complex or abstract topics through visual storytelling.

Strong editing instincts around pacing, structure, clarity, rhythm, and audience attention.

Experience editing technical demos, tutorials, explainer videos, webinars, product videos, or educational content.

Comfortable working with screen recordings, voiceovers, interviews, talking-head footage, code demos, and product UI footage.

Ability to take feedback from technical and non-technical stakeholders and iterate quickly.

Strong organizational skills, including asset management, version control, export management, and file hygiene.

Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to maintain creative quality under time pressure.

Preferred qualifications

Understanding of developer audiences and technical content formats.

Familiarity with AI, databases, cloud platforms, SQL, APIs, application development, data platforms, or machine learning concepts.

Experience creating content for YouTube, developer communities, product launches, conferences, or technical events.

Experience with animated architecture diagrams, product demo overlays, or code-focused video content.

Basic knowledge of accessibility best practices, including captions, readability, contrast, and visual clarity.

Experience using AI-assisted creative tools for editing, transcription, ideation, motion design, or production workflows.

Experience working in a global or cross-functional enterprise environment.
