Bretz RV & Marine’s marketing team is seeking an energetic and upbeat personality to help photograph our vast inventory of boats, RVs, campers, and trailers. The primary responsibility of this position is to produce vibrant, uniform photos of our inventory and upload them to the company website. Additional duties include helping with local marketing and social media. This role requires someone comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities Maintain photo reports to help identify units that are missing photos.
Shoot photos on and off the dealership premises as needed.
Adhere to the photographing process to ensure images are high-quality and uniform in each set.
Edit and upload photos to the dealership website according to display standards.
Work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Consistently look for ways to improve photo process and quality.
Assist sales management with preparation for off-site sales as needed.
Aid in local marketing, including uploading content to Facebook.
Work well under time constraints and meet deadlines.
Perform with minimal supervision.
Other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned by the marketing director.
Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Previous education or experience as a photographer.
Working knowledge of computer programs and editing software such as Microsoft, Google, and the Adobe suite.
Proficient in Adobe platforms, including Lightroom and Photoshop.
Experience with Facebook Business Pages is a plus.
Ability to walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and be on your feet for an extended period.
Compensation $18-20 per hour DOE.
Schedule Mon - Fri.
Shifts will depend on the season & lighting, usually 8-5 with overtime and weekends as needed, including events and sales.
