Department: Internal Communications / Multimedia
We’re looking for a motivated Freelance Video Editor at a junior–mid level to support our internal communications multimedia team. This role is ideal for an editor who has moved beyond assistant editor work and is ready to take ownership of edits—while still growing their craft under the guidance of experienced producers and editors.
You’ll help shape clear, engaging video content for internal audiences, working primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro, with opportunities to develop your skills across storytelling, pacing, and post-production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short- and mid-form video content for internal communications channels
Assemble interviews, b‑roll, and social-style content into polished edits
Implement notes and feedback efficiently and accurately
Organize and manage project files and media within established workflows
Apply basic color correction, audio cleanup, and graphics as needed
Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Follow brand, messaging, and accessibility standards
Required Qualifications
Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience editing video independently (beyond assistant editor responsibilities)
Strong sense of pacing, structure, and visual storytelling
Ability to receive and apply feedback in a collaborative environment
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and clear guidelines
Nice-to-Have Experience
Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools or workflows (e.g., transcription, rough cuts, captioning, media organization)
Experience editing content for internal or corporate audiences
Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
Experience with social or short-form video edits
Understanding of accessibility best practices (captions, audio clarity)
