IDR is seeking a Webex Support Engineer
to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for candidates with basic to mid-level knowledge of Webex, focusing on support, configuration, and administration in a healthcare environment. The company specializes in unified communications solutions and provides dynamic support for telecommunication systems in a healthcare setting.
Position Overview for the Webex Support Engineer:
Responsibilities
Manage and configure auto attendants within Webex to ensure seamless call routing and user management
Support Webex environments through troubleshooting and operational assistance
Configure and administer Webex policies according to organizational needs
Provide Level 2 support for Webex-related issues and user requests
Collaborate with teams to improve system performance and implement best practices
Requirements
Basic to mid-level experience supporting Webex environments
Hands-on experience with configuring Webex auto attendants and call routing
Familiarity with Webex policy management and configuration
Strong troubleshooting and support skills within Webex or similar platforms
Ability to work onsite in Knoxville on a hybrid schedule or onsite
