Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality video content for marketing, training, and project showcases.

Collaborate with project managers to understand project goals and visual storytelling needs.

Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos that reflect our brand identity.

Manage video equipment and ensure all technical aspects are handled efficiently.

Conduct interviews with team members and clients to highlight project success stories.

Stay updated on industry trends and video production techniques to enhance content quality.

Assist in creating scripts and storyboards for video projects.

Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer or similar role, preferably in construction or related fields.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Strong understanding of video production techniques and equipment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of lighting and sound techniques is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
