Gypsy Collective is looking for a

Senior Affiliate Manager

to join our team and drive affiliate campaign performance while helping our brands grow through strong and successful partnerships. We are looking for a proactive and partnership-focused specialist who can optimize affiliate performance, build and maintain strong relationships with partners, turn insights into actionable strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate combines a results-driven mindset with excellent relationship management skills and is passionate about creating exceptional affiliate experiences.

Your daily adventures include:

Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across multiple brands and markets;

Be the go-to for affiliate partners: resolving requests, ensuring smooth launches, and strengthening long-term relationships;

Collaborate across departments - from Product and Finance to Design and CRM - to bring campaigns to life;

Dive deep into performance data, tweak campaigns, and deliver on KPIs;

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us on the cutting edge.

Requirements
What makes you a great match:

3+ years of hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (preferably in iGaming);

A sharp understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate ecosystems;

Strong communication skills - you know how to build trust and keep it;

Data‑savvy with the ability to turn numbers into strategies;

Tech‑friendly mindset: tracking tools, postbacks, landing pages - you speak the language;

Thrive in cross‑functional teams and never shy away from a challenge;

Self‑starter with a results‑driven approach.
