Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Partner – Infrastructure Capital Strategy located in Texas City, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves leading investment initiatives, developing and implementing infrastructure capital strategies, managing investor relations, and driving business growth. The Managing Partner will oversee project financing, risk assessment, and performance monitoring while collaborating with diverse teams to achieve organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead $10B+ capital allocation strategy across infrastructure verticals
- Manage relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and institutional LPs
- Structure long‑duration, inflation‑linked infrastructure investments
- Oversee Earth + orbital portfolio coherence and risk framework
Profile
- Deep experience in $20B–$100B+ infrastructure portfolios
- Strong sovereign capital and geopolitical investor network
Qualifications
- Strong skills in investment strategy development, infrastructure financing, and capital allocation
- Proficiency in financial modeling, deal structuring, and market analysis
- Expertise in risk management, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to build and maintain strong partnerships
- Proven track record in business development and securing funding in high‑stakes environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams while driving results
- Strong knowledge of the infrastructure and capital markets industry
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 20 years+ prior experience in infrastructure, real estate, or PE investments is required
