The Partnerships & Sales Manager is the primary point of contact for all of Dirty Mo Media’s partners, advertisers, and sponsors. This full-time, in-office role is centered on partnership activation—bringing every deal to life through creative execution, clear communication, and meticulous follow-through. From writing ad scripts and building pitch decks to serving as the bridge between hosts, executives, and brand partners, this person ensures every relationship is managed with excellence from first conversation to final recap.

While DMM has a team of people involved in selling, this role provides critical support to the sales process by developing proposals, preparing presentations, and helping close and onboard new partners. The Partnerships & Sales Manager is the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams, and is the face of the partnership experience at Dirty Mo Media.

Partnership Activation & Account Management

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all assigned partners, advertisers, and sponsors—building trusted, long-term relationships

Own the full activation lifecycle for every partnership: from contract execution and onboarding through delivery, reporting, and renewal

Write ad scripts, host reads, and sponsored content copy that authentically integrates partners into Dirty Mo Media programming

Coordinate and support partner events, serving as the key relationship and logistics contact between partners and internal teams.

Manage day-to-day partner communication via phone, email, and video—maintaining a responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented presence

Act as the liaison between partners and internal stakeholders including show hosts, executives, and production teams—translating partner needs into actionable internal direction

Manage all contractually obligated income (COI) deliverables, ensuring every element is executed accurately and on time

Create and maintain execution schedules and timelines aligned with Dirty Mo Media’s content calendar

Measure and track campaign performance; prepare and distribute clear, data-informed recaps and reporting for partners

Maintain a weekly status report covering all active and upcoming partner activations

Develop internal year-end recaps for advertisers to support renewal conversations and strategic planning

Ensure all activations uphold Dirty Mo Media and Dale Jr. brand standards

Sales Support & Business Development

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound partnership and sponsorship inquiries—evaluate fit, respond promptly, and move all opportunities forward

Support the broader sales effort by developing on-brand pitch decks, compelling proposals, one-sheeters, and custom presentations tailored for renewals and new business

Help package and position DMM’s advertising inventory and sponsorship opportunities to match prospective partner KPIs

Assist in managing the pipeline of active proposals; follow up with prospects and help move conversations to close

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments—including brand, race team, accounting, and content—to deliver seamless partner experiences

Communicate clearly across the organization to keep all relevant parties aligned on partner timelines, needs, and expectations

Manage the SiriusXM partnership workflow, including reviewing and responding to advertiser leads, approving category opportunities, and maintaining show-by-show category blocks across the Dirty Mo Media podcast portfolio

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Business Management, Communications, or a related field

At least 2 years of professional experience in partnership management, sponsorship activation, media sales, or a related account management role

Experience in a sports, media, or entertainment environment strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Skills Required

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—comfortable writing ad copy, client-facing emails, and executive-level presentations alike

Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and/or other presentation tools; able to produce polished, brand-consistent materials independently

Creative problem solver who quickly understands a partner’s business model and can identify meaningful, brand-aligned solutions

Highly organized with strong project management instincts; able to manage competing deadlines without dropping details

Highly driven self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, in-office team environment

Confident on the phone and in client-facing communication; professional, personable, and proactive

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Trustworthy, loyal, and ethical; a genuine ambassador for the Dirty Mo Media and Dale Jr. brands
