Responsibilities

Proactively engage with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Product Teams.

Master our templated and custom Statements of Work (SOW), that detail services activities, resourcing requirements, deliverables, timing and budgeted hours.

Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting, and walking through Bazaarvoice’s value-proposition.

Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders.

Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team.

Effectively manage and drive a portfolio of projects from initiation to close.

Define and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and churn mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience.

2-3 years professional project management/engagement management experience, or comparable work experience.

Track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to maintain strong client focus.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passion, energy, and a collaborative work ethic.

Proven ability to ramp‑up quickly and be a self‑starter.

SaaS implementation project management experience.

Ability to communicate well with developers about HTML, CSS, XML, and other Web technologies.

PMP certification.

Background in e‑commerce industry.

Experience scoping professional services for SaaS implementations.

Experience generating or executing SOWs.

Experience selling or delivering Managed Services engagements.

Salary range: $75,128 - $112,692 a year.
