Job Summary Select Home Health is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to develop and expand referral partnerships across Marion and Hamilton Counties. This role is responsible for growing census by strengthening connections with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, and other healthcare partners.
The Account Executive will serve as a key representative of Select Home Health, educating the community on our home health services, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting referral development efforts that enhance patient access to care.
Duties / Responsibilities Sales & Strategy Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.
Relationship Management Build and maintain referral relationships.
Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Administrative & Team Work Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.
Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
You must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience; home health or hospice experience (strongly preferred).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape) is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (required).
