Talent Sourcer (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Contract Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a variety of roles. This individual will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. The role is execution‑focused, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple searches simultaneously. Open to candidates in the Atlanta and/or Fort Worth area. This would be a hybrid role, with the contractor coming onsite 2‑3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networking.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for a wide range of professional‑level roles, up to and including executive‑level positions.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement through thoughtful, personalized messaging.
Perform preliminary candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
Present qualified candidate shortlists to recruiters, providing clear notes, insights, and recommendations.
Partner closely with recruiters to align on role priorities, market insights, and pipeline health.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.
Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across technology and/or sales roles.
Strong experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a contract‑based environment.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience in talent sourcing.
2 years of experience in hiring manager collaboration.
Knowledge of labor markets, sourcing trends, and best practices.
Experience supporting executive‑level hiring, including sourcing and engaging senior leaders.
Compensation
$40‑45/hr (W2/Non‑Exempt)
