About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to own the execution of email marketing campaigns, database management, and marketing automation within HubSpot. This role is focused on building campaigns, maintaining data quality, managing workflows, and ensuring marketing initiatives are launched accurately and on time.

You will work closely with a Campaign Strategist who develops campaign plans and audience segmentation. Your role is to execute those plans efficiently while helping establish scalable processes and a clean, organized HubSpot environment.

Responsibilities

Audit, clean, and maintain the HubSpot database, including contacts, lists, and workflows

Build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub

Create and manage audience segments, suppression lists, and contact lists

Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns

Manage UTM tracking and support HubSpot integrations with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta

Monitor campaign performance and maintain dashboards and reporting

Ensure data accuracy, campaign quality, and overall platform organization

Qualifications
Required

3–5 years of Marketing Operations experience

Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub

Experience building and managing email campaigns and workflows

Knowledge of segmentation, list management, and database hygiene best practices

Experience with Apollo or similar sales and marketing platforms

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred

HubSpot Certification

Experience with HubSpot CRM and Salesforce integrations

Experience supporting marketing teams or campaign strategists

Compensation
$40–$45 per hour , depending on experience.
