The City of Viroqua, Wisconsin, is seeking a City Administrator to lead a talented team and help address key community priorities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, ethical, and innovative leader with strong communication and team-building skills.

Working closely with staff, elected officials, and residents, the Administrator will guide housing initiatives, economic development, budgeting, capital projects, and long-range planning while preserving Viroqua’s unique character. Key priorities include implementing the City’s updated comprehensive plan, advancing community development projects, and supporting organizational excellence across all departments.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in public administration or a related field and at least five years of municipal management experience. A background in economic development, budgeting, grant writing, strategic planning, and project management is strongly desired.

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
