We are seeking a junior to mid-level professional with experience in office administration, executive/admin support, office coordination, sales support, or similar operational roles.
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to support marketing-related tasks including presentation/deck creation, event coordination, scheduling, calendar/social support, and collateral organization
Ability to support sales-related tasks including CRM updates, contact list management, meeting coordination, travel/logistics, proposal formatting, and follow-up tracking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple teams
Able to work fully onsite in Chicago and available to start quickly
Organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and resourceful
Professional and polished communication skills
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
Position Structure: This opportunity may be structured as either: a part-time hourly position (approximately 4 hours/day), or
a temp-to-hire opportunity, depending on experience and business needs.
