Enterprise Account Executive
State & Local GovernmentTrackVia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive focused on State & Local Government. This individual will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities across targeted verticals and use cases while helping build a repeatable, value-driven enterprise sales motion.The ideal candidate understands consultative public sector selling, long-cycle enterprise opportunities, and how to navigate multi-stakeholder government buying environments. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for consultative sellers who are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment and who can partner closely across Product, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive meaningful customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business growth across state and local government agenciesDevelop and manage strategic territory and account plansLead complex public sector sales cycles from prospecting through closeBuild and manage a disciplined pipeline with strong forecasting accuracy Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and partner engagementDevelop expertise and effectively communicate around TrackVia's core use cases, operational workflows, and customer value propositionPartner closely with Solutions Consulting and leadership during discovery, demonstrations, and technical evaluationsMaintain high CRM hygiene, forecasting and operational disciplineContribute market feedback regarding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging use casesBuild executive-level relationships with operational, IT, and business stakeholdersOperate with urgency, accountability, and a highly collaborative mindsetIdeal Background5+ years of complex SaaS or enterprise software sales experience selling into state and local government, with a proven track record of successStrong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capabilitiesExperience navigating public procurement and contracting processesStrong consultative sales and discovery skillsStrong executive presence and communication skillsAbility to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cyclesInquisitive mindset, focused on understanding customer needsComfortable operating in high-growth or transformation-stage environmentsHighly organized and operationally disciplinedWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent pipeline generation and progression, aligning to targeted segments and ICPsAchieving activity and result metricsStrong forecast accuracy and operational disciplineIncreased repeatability around targeted use cases and customer profilesImproved win rates and deal qualityStrong cross-functional collaboration TrackVia is an Equal Opportunity Employer We value diversity of all kinds and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
