Concept Design Contractor (Associate Designer - Designer Scope)

We are seeking a Concept Design Contractor to support the development and execution of seasonal concept work for the Old Navy Female business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct trend and market research across fashion, retail, culture, and competitive brands.

Support development of seasonal themes, big ideas, key items, and trend reporting.

Create compelling mood boards, trend decks, and concept presentations.

Assist in translating macro trends into customer-relevant concepts through the Old Navy brand lens.

Support concept content creation and delivery across multiple seasons.

Qualifications:

Fashion design degree + proven concept experience in industry - 5 to 10 years +

Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of trend, color, and fashion concepts.

Experience creating clear and inspirational presentations and mood boards.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Understanding of concept development from trend research through seasonal storytelling.
