About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Creative Designer to shape how Slips looks and feels across every touchpoint. This role owns visual execution across brand materials, events, digital campaigns, and email, helping bring Slips’ identity to life consistently and creatively.

You’ll work closely with growth, social, product, and field teams to design assets that are bold, clean, and culturally relevant — whether they’re seen online, in inboxes, or in real-world environments.

What You’ll Do
Design and produce creative assets across digital, email, social, web, and paid campaigns
Create brand materials for events, activations, and partnerships (table tents, signage, swag, decks, etc.)
Support lifecycle marketing with high-quality email and in-app visuals
Evolve and maintain Slips’ visual identity and brand system
Collaborate with Growth and Social teams on campaign concepts and executions
Partner with Product and Design on launches and feature announcements
Prepare assets for print, digital, and mobile-first environments
Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining quality

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and campaign work
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
Ability to translate brand strategy into clear, compelling visuals
Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
Experience designing for consumer tech, fintech, or gaming brands
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and lifecycle design
Motion or animation experience (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
Experience with print production and event collateral
Understanding of performance creative and conversion-focused design
