What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers experiencing access issues, troubleshooting needs, and platform support inquiries, resolving approximately 750 tickets annually
Manage and administer customer accounts across a suite of customer facing digital applications, ensuring seamless access and a positive user experience
Draft and coordinate communications to a global user base regarding platform updates and announcements

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
