A fast-growing international iGaming and sports betting group is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead its US and Canadian affiliate strategy. If you’re experienced in gambling affiliates and thrive in a performance-driven, relationship-focused environment, this is a chance to drive meaningful revenue and shape market presence in highly competitive, regulated jurisdictions.



Work Mode : Full-time (Remote/Hybrid not available)

As Affiliate Manager, you will own the affiliate channel across the US and Canada—from strategy and partner acquisition to optimization and compliance. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value partners, negotiate impactful deals, and use data to drive sustainable, profitable growth for gambling brands in regulated markets.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for US and Canadian regulated markets.

Own and deliver against KPIs including FTDs, revenue, ROI, and LTV.

Identify, onboard, and scale high-value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers, content publishers).

Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commercial deals, continuously optimizing based on performance data.

Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, retention, and player value; detect and prevent fraudulent or non-compliant activity.

Work with leading affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affilka, Income Access, Everflow or similar).

Ensure affiliate activities meet US state and Canadian provincial regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, CRM, Marketing, and BI to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals.

What We’re Looking For

4–6+ years of affiliate marketing experience within iGaming, gambling, or sports betting.

Proven experience working with US and/or Canadian regulated markets.

Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models and how they impact unit economics.

Track record of managing high-volume, revenue-driving affiliate portfolios.

Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with performance metrics, cohorts, and LTV.

Fluent English with excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable owning a broad performance remit.

Able to work 100% on‑site in Fort Lee, NJ.

Preferred:

Established network of Tier‑1 gambling affiliates in North America.

Experience launching brands in newly regulated US states or Canadian provinces.

Previous experience mentoring or leading junior affiliate managers or coordinators.

Background in a fast-growing or international tech / iGaming environment.

You’ll join a collaborative, international team operating at the intersection of digital entertainment, performance marketing, and regulated markets—with real ownership over a critical acquisition channel.
