Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative vision and drive innovative marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and engage our target audiences. You will oversee all creative output, including digital campaigns and brand guidelines, as well as experiential marketing activations. As our Creative Manager, you will help develop creative strategies that support business goals while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence. You will build and lead a high‑performing creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creative problem‑solving. This role requires a creative professional who can think strategically, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, deliver outstanding creative work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Functions
Develop Creative Strategy:
Create comprehensive creative strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
Lead Creative Teams:
Manage creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, video producers, and digital specialists
Oversee Creative Production:
Direct the development of creative assets from concept through completion, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and on‑time delivery
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Partner with marketing directors, product managers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into creative solutions
Brand Stewardship:
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all creative materials and marketing initiatives
Campaign Development:
Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and experiential channels
Budget Management:
Manage creative department budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximize creative impact and ROI
Industry Trends:
Stay current with design trends, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to keep creative output fresh and competitive
Presentation Leadership:
Present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders with confidence and persuasive communication
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related creative field
5+ years of creative leadership experience
Skills and Knowledge
Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns and brand initiatives
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand development, campaign creation, and creative strategy
Strong leadership and team management experience with creative professionals
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Experience with digital marketing channels and emerging creative technologies
Experience with motion graphics, video production
Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and front‑end development
Experience with project management tools and creative workflow systems
