Footwear Costing & Margin Lead

Genesco based in Nashville, TN, is looking for a Costing Manager to lead the footwear costing process, ensuring accurate costing from suppliers and collaborating with the Product Development team. This role requires at least 5 years of cost analysis experience and a strong knowledge of Excel.
The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting and experience in the footwear industry is preferred. Effective communication skills and the ability to negotiate with suppliers are essential for this position.
