Footwear Costing & Margin Strategist

Genesco is seeking a Costing Manager who will oversee the footwear costing process, lead seasonal product costing negotiations, and contribute to achieving gross margin targets.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of cost analysis experience and a degree in Finance or a related field. You will work closely with the design and development team and suppliers, requiring strong analytical and negotiation skills.
