Role Summary
The Director of Specialty Services leads specialty service operations across a multi-state region. This role owns operational execution, documentation accuracy, and financial performance while ensuring strong coordination across departments and scalable systems.

Core Responsibilities

Lead 24/7 specialty service operations across a multi-state region

Ensure all work is executed, documented, and billed accurately

Drive consistency in documentation, inventories, and job file quality

Oversee workflow and ensure strong coordination across departments

Enforce adherence to the TVR Playbook and disciplined use of KnowHow

Implement and improve systems for inventory management, tracking, and documentation accuracy

Partnering with HR to handle disciplinary or corrective action plans

Build and develop a high-performing, accountable team

Own hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs

Conduct annual performance reviews and establish clear expectations

Own divisional P&L performance, including cost control and profitability

Review and approve job costs, invoices, and financial allocations

Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, documentation accuracy, and margin

Participate in annual planning and long-term strategic initiatives (3-4 years)

Ensure documentation supports billing, claims, and carrier expectations, reducing disputes

Maintain strong alignment with estimating, mitigation, reconstruction, and accounting teams
