Showroom Sales Coordinator

Role Overview
Our New England Showroom Sales Coordinator drives sales opportunities and increases sales across New England territories, fulfilling business‑generating responsibilities including outreach, collaboration, operational excellence, and sales success.
Outreach
Daily outreach (phone calls, emails, etc.) to clients to generate sales funnel momentum.
Partner with the Account Executive and Showroom Sales Representatives to build an effective outreach strategy.
Assist representatives with project shopping, scheming & sampling.
Generate high‑potential leads based on current social media and trends.
Maintain communication with clients to keep Schumacher top of mind.
Establish rapport with prospective clients to build trust and foster long‑term relationships.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Communicate and collaborate daily with sales team members across New England to identify opportunities for client follow‑up and sales conversion.
Provide real‑time ideation, communication, and collaboration to focus efforts that generate sales funnel momentum.
Operational Excellence
Navigate internal sales platforms (Schumacher & Patterson Flynn) and log outreach, calls, leads, etc. efficiently and accurately.
Review and interpret sales funnel data to identify regional and territory opportunities and insights that lead to sales.
Sales Success
Success will be determined by increased and sustained sales performance across New England territories.
