What Will You Do?

As a Web Optimization Manager at Checkr, you will own the testing roadmap to drive website experimentation that improves conversion rates and contributes to business growth. You will use data to identify revenue-driving content and deploy it strategically across key website touchpoints. Additionally, you will partner across teams to elevate website UX, optimize conversion paths, and build measurement processes that translate performance insights into actionable growth recommendations.
