Overview
Oversees implementation of new patient-facing technology. Supports digital experience strategy for the department and system technologies.
Responsibilities
Provides oversight of new technology implementations in all digital channels.
Completes all incoming intermediate-level requests for design and technical build. Delegates simple content updates to appropriate team members. Responds directly to patient complaints.
Maintains existing content management systems and provides project management support for the implementation of new and emerging technologies, such as conversational AI and CRM tool integrations.
Builds and maintains reporting dashboards and analytics.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3 years of related experience.
