For the expansion of our business in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for you as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d). You will be responsible for strategically important customers in pharmaceutical wholesale and contribute to growth and profitability.

What you can expect

You will strategically manage and develop key accounts, taking responsibility for revenue, sales, and margin targets.

You will implement customer‑specific growth initiatives and conduct annual meetings with contract negotiations.

You will strengthen the market position of our generics and consumer healthcare products and further develop the ALIUD brand.

You will analyze sales data and market trends and derive measures to improve performance.

You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to identify growth opportunities.

You will monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement.

Who we are looking for

You have a completed degree (e.g., business administration, pharmacy, or comparable).

You have 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

You are familiar with pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution channels and work confidently with key figures.

You impress with a confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and analytical abilities.

You think entrepreneurially, act independently, are results‑oriented, and continuously develop yourself.

You bring fluent German and English language skills.
