ADP Sales Representative – Major Accounts
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Major Accounts to sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory. You will cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and forecast your sales pipeline. You will support your book of business with continuous sales training and the latest technology.
Responsibilities
Sell in the field while managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
Document and manage multiple sales cycles and support new customers through implementation.
Build and maintain a network of decision‑makers and business owners within your territory.
Implement a strategic sales plan to win new business and achieve sales goals.
Act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Positive, self‑starter with strong cold‑calling skills, time‑management, and clear communication in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Confident and fearless, able to take risks and challenge the status quo.
Entrepreneurial mindset, natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly.
Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises.
College degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may include 2+ years quota‑carrying outside B2B sales or 3+ years in HCM, technology, or related sales.
Military experience with teamwork, negotiation, resilience, and a "never‑lose" mentality is a plus.
