Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Leader based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Account Leader will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with various departments to deliver top-tier service. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to driving business growth.
Qualifications

Customer Relationship Management and Account Management expertise
Proven skills in Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution
Strong understanding of the green industry or related sectors such as irrigation, landscaping, or agronomics is a plus
Ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in CRM software and other project management tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Capacity to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
