Position Overview

As a C&B Associate Relationship Manager within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Indianapolis, IN. Job Description

Performs or assists with banking activities including underwriting, relationship management and product suite activities.
Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Identifies and mitigates risk types such as regulatory, reputational, operational and credit.
Manages risk and helps ensure quality for new and existing clients.
Assists in the preparation of offerings and/or scorecards.
Analyzes information and applies critical‑thinking skills to design and execute client solutions.
Supports transactions from request to booking and moves selling conversations from proposal to closed business, including driving fee income through internal and external relationship management.
Considers key factors in decision‑making such as internal policies, external regulatory requirements and client needs.
Interacts with internal and external clients to gather or clarify information and expand existing relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Articulates recommendations to customers in response to client‑servicing and product‑related inquiries.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
Participates in social learning, networking with business representatives and peers, and engages in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach to build foundations in credit, product and sales.
Participates in formal learning recommended by the business to develop skills needed to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk.
Qualifications

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience. A comparable combination of education, certification and experience (including military service) may be considered.
