We are a growing outdoor living company specializing in premium outdoor spaces, including custom decks, pergolas, covered patios, railings, outdoor kitchens, and complete backyard transformations. Our mission is to help homeowners create beautiful, functional outdoor environments while delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion.

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, self-driven Sales Consultants to join our team as independent contractors (1099). This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential, company-provided leads, and the flexibility to control their schedule.

In this role, you'll meet with homeowners through pre-qualified appointments, conduct in-home consultations, develop customized outdoor living solutions, and guide clients through the sales process from initial meeting to signed contract.

Our service territory spans North Atlanta, North Georgia, and Southeast Tennessee, including the Chattanooga market.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at company-provided appointments

Conduct on-site consultations and evaluate project needs

Design and present customized outdoor living solutions

Prepare estimates and proposals

Build trust and rapport with homeowners

Guide customers through the decision-making process and close sales

Maintain accurate records within the CRM system

Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner

Coordinate with project management and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, outdoor living, landscaping, or related industries is strongly preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to close sales and overcome objections

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Willingness to travel throughout North Georgia and Southeast Tennessee

Comfortable using CRM software, mobile applications, and technology tools
