About the role
Engagement Manager / Lead, Future Platforms | Housing (6 openings) – onsite, 4‑5 days per week in New York City, NY. Direct hire, permanent placement.
We are seeking high-performing operators with strong consulting, strategy, product, implementation, or startup operations backgrounds who can lead enterprise client engagements while helping scale next‑generation AI platforms. These positions require sharp judgment, client leadership skills, operational discipline, and the ability to build from zero to one.

Key Responsibilities
Own enterprise customer deployments from initial scoping through implementation, launch, adoption, and post‑launch success
Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams
Translate client pain points and business requirements into clear product feedback and actionable internal priorities
Lead complex multi‑stakeholder engagements with executive‑level customer contacts
Build scalable operating playbooks, implementation frameworks, and repeatable delivery processes
Drive issue resolution, timeline management, resource coordination, and successful customer outcomes
Partner with internal leadership to improve post‑sales motions, expansion strategies, and platform adoption
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems that support rapid growth
Travel as needed for client meetings, implementations, or internal business priorities
Required Qualifications – Engagement Manager Level
3‑5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, implementation, product operations, customer success leadership, or client‑facing startup roles
Proven experience managing complex software implementations or enterprise client programs
Required Qualifications – Engagement Lead Level
5‑8 years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, enterprise delivery, or high‑growth B2B SaaS environments
Proven experience leading large‑scale client engagements and mentoring internal teams
Required for All Candidates
Strong client‑facing communication skills with executive presence
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
Experience building processes, systems, or operational frameworks from scratch
Strong project management discipline with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to translate customer needs into structured business and product recommendations
Willingness to work onsite 4‑5 days weekly in NYC and travel monthly if needed
Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at high‑growth B2B SaaS companies, especially housing, proptech, marketplace, or real‑estate technology environments
STEM degree or equivalent technical/analytical background
Prior startup operating experience or founding experience
Product management or product strategy exposure
Background building scalable implementation playbooks or customer delivery systems
Experience supporting AI‑enabled products or data‑driven platforms
Strong analytical problem‑solving skills with first‑principles thinking
Experience managing enterprise clients with multiple stakeholder groups
Compensation & Benefits
Engagement Manager: Base Salary $180,000 – $200,000; Equity + benefits package
Engagement Lead: Base Salary $210,000 – $250,000; Equity + benefits package
Work Location & Schedule
Onsite 4‑5 days per week – New York City, NY
